WORKS Series PLA is a cost-effective, sustainability-focused filament engineered for repeatable additive manufacturing workflows. It is produced using 66% recycled material, carefully processed and melt-filtered to remove contaminants during extrusion. The result is a material that prints and performs comparably to conventional PLA while significantly reducing material waste.
Recycled feedstock is mechanically processed, filtered, and blended under controlled conditions to ensure consistent melt behavior and dimensional stability. Diameter is continuously monitored during extrusion to maintain tight tolerances, supporting reliable extrusion and minimizing variability between production lots.
WORKS Series PLA is formulated to maintain the printability, surface finish, and mechanical performance expected of standard PLA, making it suitable for prototyping, fixtures, jigs, enclosures, and general-purpose components.
This material is intended for organizations seeking to balance cost control, environmental responsibility, and dependable print outcomes without sacrificing process stability.
